Setting up your softphone

Download the Grandstream / Bria / 3CX softphone app on to your mobile, tablet or PC. Once the app is downloaded, click on the settings icon, and then account settings. Click on the “+

” symbol to add a new account Under the “General accounts” menu, select “SIP account” • Activate account: leave ticked on • Account Name: Name the account to easily identify it. • SIP server: .hostedpbx.ie • SIP user ID : • SIP Authentication ID: • password: Click the Tick mark to save. You can then close out of the “settings” menu by clicking on “Keypad” at the bottom of the screen. You will see your extension in the top right hand corner with a Green dot to show that the device has succesfully registered.
