To report WiFi issues, please ensure you first try the following steps:

  1. On your device, turn WiFi off/on to reconnect.
  2. Remove the SSID (network name) from the Known Networks list on your Windows/MacOS/iPhoneOS/iPadOS device and attempt to reconnect.
  3. If the issue persist, contact the service desk and include the MAC address of your device. Click here how to find your MAC address.
