Reporting WiFi issues
To report WiFi issues, please ensure you first try the following steps:
- On your device, turn WiFi off/on to reconnect.
- Remove the SSID (network name) from the Known Networks list on your Windows/MacOS/iPhoneOS/iPadOS device and attempt to reconnect.
- If the issue persist, contact the service desk and include the MAC address of your device. Click here how to find your MAC address.
