Welcome to Centrecom's help desk. Help is here! The help desk is for all Centrecom's broadband, data and ICT users. If you have a technical request or query you should use one of the following methods to contact us:

But before you fill out the form, email us, or even call us take a quick moment to review Centrecom's Helpful hints and answers to Frequently Asked Questions

  • 80% of all issues can be solved by rebooting or restarting the equipment that was provided (modem,routers, plugs and wireless devices) and don't forget your own PC.
  • Make sure all the cables are properly connected into the right place, it is very common for cables to get disconnected " kids at home are often at play :)" <>
  • Take a brief moment to check out your systems. Nothing to technical.. just the surface stuff !! For example, If you have a broadband provided through your phone line, check if the phone line is working, or If you have UPC cable broadband, make sure that your TV is working as it should, even check through a few channels ! Having this information when you contact us, will be very helpful and speed up the time it takes for us to get you back online!
  • If you have a mobile or portable broadband connection such as MiFi or Wimax box, make sure that they are in a good location close to a window.
  • When possible, check if the problem is related to one particular PC by checking other PC devices in the office or home office environment. This way Centrecom can help determine if the problem is related to the provider or the PC device.
  • If you don't know your wireless device's network name (SSID) or the password, have a quick look at the information Centrecom provided. We often included these details here for quick reference by you the user !!!!!

Lastly, a couple of don'ts ....

  • BEWARE.... Do NOT touch or engage with the RESET BUTTON unless a qualified Centrecom Support Engineer has advised you to do so.
  • Wireless Routers don't appreciate being near or behind: TVs, Microwaves, thick walls, large comfortable sofas, or being locked away in dark cupboards.
  • After you've completed the above "Centrecom Health Check" and you find the problem is still there, please contact us from the location where the services is supplied (example your home or office) and our Support Team will work diligently to get you back up and running as soon as possible !!
